Mike Cantu is undoubtedly one of Southern California’s best real estate investors.

Mike Cantu has been a full time real estate investor for over 25 years. The current California market down turn is round three of a down market for Mike and he’s very excited about the opportunities that are ahead. Mike runs a buy/sell operation in Southern California, wholesales properties, and manages a rental property portfolio.

Mike is the author of Don’t Get Voted Off Real Estate Island as well as Rental Management and Properties which he released in early 2009 to rave reviews. Mike is well known for his candor, non-nonsense approach to real estate education, and is also know for being very generous with his expertise and time.

Mike was featured in The Norris Group’s California “Only” Investor Series, Multi-Millionaire Maker, and has also contributed his expert opinions several times in The Norris Group newsletter and on The Norris Group’s Real Estate Radio Show.

Mike occasionally speaks at local investment clubs throughout California and occasionally out of state.
